80EnsurethattherequirementsmentionedintheProjectStandardsandSpecificationsonHealthy,SafetyandEnvironmentalaremet.
80Assisttheprojectmanagertoexecutethelocallaws,regulationsintheaspectsofthehealth,safetyandenvironmentalaspectsaswellastheregulationsfortheprojectHSE.
80EstablishandimplementtheeffectivemanagementfortheprojectHSE,organizeandreviewthemanagementplanfortheproject.
IsresponsibleformonitoringtheeffectiveimplementationoftheCONTRACTORQualityAssuranceProgram,andservesasprimaryinterfaceformattersrelatingtoQuality.02ThePQMwillassisttheprojectteamtoensurethatthepracticesdescribedintheWPMPandEMSareimplementedforthedurationofthecontractandprovideabasisforassuringthattheworkundertakenisinaccordancewithcontractualobligations.
Willreviewtheprojectexecutionplan,andprojectrelatedprocedures,specifications,andothersimilartechnicaldocumentsthatcontainqualityrequirementsdevelopedfortheProject.
